Are you someone who knows how to use computers and other Information Technology (IT) effectively, and enjoys helping others solve computer and IT problems? For example, do you always find yourself in the position of helping a friend or family member navigate through the latest update on their computer or phone? If so, our Computer Support Specialist Program may be perfect for you. Computer Support is the practice of managing Information Technology (IT) resources like computers, phones, video conferencing equipment, and software systems, and helping the people who use these resources to solve technical problems that arise. Computer Support Specialists can provide support in-person, over the phone, or remotely. In addition to gaining skills in a classroom setting, our program also allows you to get real-world experience by applying your knowledge in Clark's own IT helpdesk; the Penguin Help Desk.
